ESO
Essential Skills Online (ESO) is the online assessment used for entrance into the Tractor Trailer Internship program in Atlantic Canada. Essential Skills are the skills that are required to complete most occupational tasks. The three most important essential skills for a Professional Driver are Reading, Document Use and Numeracy. While most people have these skills, they may not be at the level required for successful completion of tasks for a particular career.
We are very pleased to be working with The Essential Skills Group Inc, who have created an online option for essential skills testing. Prior to the online version, the test was administered and completed manually. Having the online version allows candidates to complete the assessment in the privacy of their own home and environment.
