Employer of Choice 2020The Trucking Human Resource Sector Council Atlantic hosted their 14th Employer of Choice recognition event October 2, 2020.
The Employer of Choice program recognizes an employer in five categories: Communication, Culture, Creating Rewards, Connection and Competitive Practices. Employers in this program are building a strong culture around workforce development and investment.
To attain the Employer of Choice designation an employer requires an 80% combined score – 70% comes from employee endorsement and 30% of the score is from an employer application.
