The Employer of Choice program is a multilevel approach providing employers the opportunity to gather insight from employees in five key areas of their operation: Communication, Culture, Creating Rewards, Competitive Practices and Connection. This feedback provides an employer a clearer picture on what employees value and helps build an HR business plan for the next 3 years, responding to those interests and needs of your workforce.
Employer of Choice is a program that recognizes employers who are dedicated to responding to the needs of their employees based entirely on what matters to those in their workplace.
This unique program – developed by industry in Atlantic Canada – only recognizes employers who are endorsed by their employees as an employer of choice.
Each company is evaluated on 5 key areas and must achieve a minimum score with the largest influencing factor being the employee feedback.
