The Employer of Choice program is a multilevel approach providing employers the opportunity to gather insight from employees in five key areas of their operation: Communication, Culture, Creating Rewards, Competitive Practices and Connection. This feedback provides an employer a clearer picture on what employees value and helps build an HR business plan for the next 3 years, responding to those interests and needs of your workforce.

Employer of Choice is a program that recognizes employers who are dedicated to responding to the needs of their employees based entirely on what matters to those in their workplace.

This unique program – developed by industry in Atlantic Canada – only recognizes employers who are endorsed by their employees as an employer of choice.

Each company is evaluated on 5 key areas and must achieve a minimum score with the largest influencing factor being the employee feedback.

There are currently four categories you can qualify; program fee is based on company size. Complete the information on the inquiry form to get your approved login and start this exciting process.

The EOC, although a voluntary designation, is important for the positive image it conveys: “Employer of Choice”.

Since a company is only as good as the people that work there, I feel the EOC is a great measuring stick to tell us that we are doing the right things for our people.

The value of the EOC designation and program is being recognized in the industry as an EOC by fellow trucking companies and employees.
