Employer of Choice Inquiry
The EOC, although a voluntary designation, is important for the positive image it conveys: “Employer of Choice”.
Since a company is only as good as the people that work there, I feel the EOC is a great measuring stick to tell us that we are doing the right things for our people.
The value of the EOC designation and program is being recognized in the industry as an EOC by fellow trucking companies and employees.
As an Employer of Choice, the EOC designation conveys a positive image of our company – an employer who listens to and cares about its employees.
In a service industry, any designation that demonstrates being above the rest is both a welcome opportunity for improvement and a source of pride.
