Concrete Pump Operator

The OSCO Construction Group consists of construction and manufacturing companies that fabricate both steel & precast concrete products and perform specialty construction services.

We are currently recruiting for spring Concrete Pump Operator opportunities at Bedford Ready Mix Limited in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate concrete pump unit;
  • Safe operation of boom;
  • General cleaning and maintenance of truck.

Education Requirements – Knowledge & Skills:

  • Completion of CEGEP/vocational or technical training;
  • Driver’s license (Class 3 with Air Brake Endorsement);
  • Previous experience operating boom truck and/or hydraulic equipment
  • Excellent customer relations;
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
