The Trucking Human Resource Sector Council Atlantic is a not for profit organization who operates largely on provincial and federal grants to assist the Trucking Industry in a variety of human resource platforms. THRSC Atlantic is directed by a volunteer Board of Directors. 90% represent carriers in the Trucking Industry of Atlantic Canada. The remaining 10% are industry stakeholders (for example insurance / associations).
