Tractor Trailer Training Standards

The 12 Week Tractor Trailer Internship program is the program of choice for the Atlantic Canada Trucking Industry. The Tractor Trailer Training Standards were introduced in 1995 when the Trucking Industry wanted to have a voice in Tractor Trailer Training. Various Trucking Industry representatives detailed what they needed in an entry level driver and the schools deliver training program to that standard.

THRSC Atlantic has funding available for Nova Scotia residents. We currently have two projects running which give us the opportunity to help individuals who are unable to receive assistance through other means to take the Tractor Trailer Internship Program.
